Milano Mule

A dry and scented variation of a classic long drink.
The juniper resinous scents pleasantly contrast the freshness of lime and the vivacity of ginger beer.

5 cl Gin Tì
2 cl lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
10 cl ginger beer
A couple of lime slices
A few dried camomile flowers

Pour lime juice and sugar into a low tumbler.
Mix the compound to melt sugar.
Fill 1/3 of the glass with small ice cubes and a few small lime slices.
Pour Gin Tì and fill with ginger beer.
Stir well and garnish with the dried camomile flowers.
