A pleasantly brilliant and spicy drink, yet very well balanced.
The combination of the two gins returns complex and wide scents.
Suitable both as an aperitif and as an after-dinner.
3 cl Gin Tì
3 cl Gin Mì
2 teaspoons of sugar
0,50 cl ginger extract
4 lime slices
6 fresh raspberries
Prepare directly in a tumbler.
Put the lime, sugar and 4 raspberries in the glass.
Crush the ingredients well.
Add the crushed ice, the ginger extract and finally Gin Mì and Gin Tì.
Decorate with the remaining two raspberries.
