The Christmas cocktail by Gin Mì.
A drink of great elegance and class, that balances very carefully the resinous and sharp tones of gin with the soft and mild perfumes of Cointreau and, at the nose and palate, the refined and fragrant aroma given by Adamas Black Caviar.
4 cl Gin Mì
1 cl Cointreau
1 cl Lemon Juice
½ Egg white
5/6 pearls of Adamas Black Caviar
Fill a cocktail glass with ice, to chill it.
Put some ice cubes into a small shaker, and pour Gin Mì, Cointreau, lemon juice and egg white.
Shake well and fill the cocktail glass.
Garnish with a few pearls of caviar over the dense mix.
