A very refined and perfumed drink, where Adamas Asetra Caviar adds a touch of zest and elegance to Gin and Italian Spumante.
3 cl Gin Tì
1 cl lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup
6 cl Italian Spumante Franciacorta
Half a spoon of Adamas Asetra Caviar
Place a few pearls of Adamas Caviar into a Champagne flute
Fill a small shaker with ice, Gin Tì, lemon juice and sugar syrup
Shake well and pour the mix into the flute
Top with the Italian Spumante
