A sophisticated remake of the classic Mint Julep.
Gin Mì replaces Bourbon, giving to the drink the fresh and zesty tones of juniper, lemon and yuzu, while Cointreau fills it with its sweet and aromatic scents.

5 cl Gin Mì
1 cl Cointreau
1 cl sugar syrup
10 cl soda water
6/8 fresh mint leaves

Prepare directly in a Raku ceramic glass.
Place 4/6 mint leaves into the glass, add sugar syrup and Cointreau and mash finely the mix.
Fill 3/4 of the glass with crushed ice.
Pour Gin Mì and mix it for a few seconds.
Fill completely the with crushed ice, add soda water.
Decorate with some other fresh mint leave.
