A very fragrant cocktail that enhances the combination of Gin Mì traditional botanicals (juniper, lemon, rose, liquorice, sage) and its two oriental essences (yuzu and tea).
4 cl Gin Mì
1 cl yuzu juice
1 cl pink grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon Lapsang Souchong tea
1 dash of Campari
1 cl sugar syrup
A few white peach slices
Fill a shaker with ice, let it cool for a few minutes and drain the excess water.
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake well.
Serve in a large goblet.
Decorate a few thin white peach slices.
