Gin Mì Perfect Serve.
A classic Martini Cocktail, dry, almost pungent.
Classic because of the predominance of juniper and citrus, but also original and unique for the interesting tobacco notes given by the Lapsang Souchong tea and for the complex aromas added by yuzu.
5 cl Gin Mì
3 cl Vermouth Oscar 697 Extra Dry
1 Yuzu zest
Fill a mixing glass with ice, let it cool for a few minutes and drain the excess water.
Pour the vermouth, stir for 30/40 seconds to flavour ice and then completely drain the Dry Vermouth.
Pour gin and mix well for 30/40 seconds.
Serve into a small cocktail cup.
Decorate with a scented yuzu peel.
