A perfect way to re-elaborate a great, classic cocktail
The warm tones of some of Gin Lù botanicals (orange, liquorice, rose) perfect match the sweetness of Maraschino and Red Vermouth.
The firm and complex perfumes of the barrel ageing process, give a strong character to this marvellous drink
4 cl Gin Lù
2 cl Mancino Vermouth Rosso Amaranto
1 spoon Maraschino liqueur
Dash Angostura bitter
Fill a mixing glass with ice, let it cool for a few minutes and drain the excess water.
Pour gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur and Angostura bitter.
Mix well for 30/40 seconds.
Serve into a small cocktail cup.
Decorate with a scented orange peel.
