An interesting variation on the classic Aviation cocktail
Aged gin gives a very strong body to the drink
Triple Sec substitutes Maraschino for a more aromatic taste
Can be served all day long, as an aperitif or as a meditation drink and after-dinner
4 cl Gin Lù
1 cl Triple Sec
1 cl Lemon Juice
1 cl Creme de Violette
Fill a shaker with ice, let it cool for a few minutes and drain the excess water.
Pour gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur and Angostura bitter.
Shake well for 20/30 seconds.
Serve into a cocktail cup.
Garnish with a small lime slice
