White Russian… the Italian way!

The combination of aged gin with Amaretto di Saronno offers a very interesting sweet but at the same time dry and aromatic taste, very well complemented by the smooth taste of cream

5 cl Gin Lù
2 cl Amaretto di Saronno
2 cl fluid heavy cream

Prepare directly into an Old Fashioned glass.
Fill the glass with medium-sized glass cubes.
Pour Amaretto di Saronno and Gin Lù into the glass.
Separately, shake the milk cream in a small shaker
Slowly pour the whipped cream into the glass.
Decorate with a chocolate-dipped candied orange slice.
